Submit required documents. Your analyst begins immediately and delivers the report within the guaranteed timeframe.

- Receive invoice: We will send you a detailed invoice with payment instructions (bank transfer, card, or crypto accepted).
- Submit documentation: After payment, you will receive a checklist of required documents and account access credentials to provide.
- Verification begins: Your dedicated analyst begins the verification process immediately upon receiving all required materials.
- Report published: Your verification report is published on the platform with the appropriate badge (if applicable) within the guaranteed timeframe.
5 Frequently Asked Questions
Does paying for Premium Verification guarantee a positive result?
No. Payment guarantees the speed and depth of the investigation, not the outcome. Our findings are always independent and evidence-based. If the evidence does not support verification, you will receive a negative or inconclusive verdict regardless of the tier purchased.
What happens if I receive a negative verdict?
You will still receive the full report detailing the findings. No refund is issued for negative verdicts. You may use the findings to address the identified issues and apply again after a minimum waiting period of 90 days.
Can I upgrade my tier after purchasing?
Yes, you may upgrade at any time before the report is finalised by paying the difference between tiers. Contact your analyst or email premium@isyourtraderreal.com to arrange an upgrade.
How long does the Verified badge last?
The Basic tier does not include a badge. The Professional tier includes a badge valid for 6 months. The Enterprise tier includes a badge valid for 1 year. Badges can be renewed by purchasing a new verification cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). All prices are in USD; invoices may be issued in EUR or CZK upon request.
Is there a refund policy?
Premium Verification fees are non-refundable once the verification process has begun (i.e., once you have submitted your documentation). If we are unable to complete the verification within the guaranteed timeframe due to our own delays, you are entitled to a full refund.
